Your future self provides one of the most valuable forms of feedback you can receive. If your future self is able to connect with you in consciousness, this is proof you are taking steps in your present moment to develop a wise and advanced future "you." This future “you” is able to offer guidance and reassurance that the steps you are taking in your present moment are aligned with your spiritual purpose. In this way, your future self is a wise source of comfort and assurance.

In addition to providing important feedback, your future self is able to bring you information and guidance for your present moment. Much of this information arrives in the form of "channeled" information. Channeled information is received into your consciousness as "energetic downloads" that your conscious mind over time learns to translate into words, images, concepts and inventions. You may experience these downloads as moments of sudden insight and inspiration, or as the arrival of previously unknown information into your consciousness. This information may arrive through different “channels,” including automatic writing, conscious or unconscious verbal “trance” channeling visionary art and energy healing. These are just a few ways in which you might experience these downloads.

Those who receive channeled information often identify the source of the material as coming from beyond themselves. However, in many cases, channeled information arrives in one's consciousness as the direct result of bringing one's energetic vibration into resonance with an advanced future aspect of one’s being. This communion with your future self might take place on the subconscious level - or if your conscious mind and that of your future self are aware and awake, you will both consciously recognize the exchange that is taking place.

It is important to note that these downloads and exchanges can take place whether you are consciously aware of them are not. If your conscious mind or ego is firmly in control, it will claim credit for the ideas and information you receive from your other "selves." If your ego believes itself to be limited in terms of its capabilities, it may choose to identify this channeled information as coming from an entity or being totally outside the self. If your ego is in a state of surrender to your spiritual purpose, it will humbly recognize the guidance and assistance it receives from other aspects of your being.

Your Future Self and the Akashic Records

One of the gifts you can receive through conscious communion with your future self is greater access to the "future Akashics." The Akashic Records are the etheric library that houses knowledge of all that ever has been or will be. This library contains all events and responses concerning consciousness in all realities that exist within the universe.

Whenever you align with aspects of your self that exist in other locations within the time/space continuum, you become more powerfully focused in consciousness. This powerful focus allows greater access to the knowledge contained within the Universal or Cosmic Mind. It is this access to the records of all time that make clairvoyance and all forms of psychic perception possible.

Welcome!

Over the past week, my father suddenly began experiencing an acute decline in his white blood cell and platelet counts. Suddenly spiraling out of control, acquiring new symptoms right and left and greatly declining, he was finally admitted to the hospital. With suggestions from doctors of acute leukemia, aplastic anemia, and even imminent death, we have been waiting for his bone marrow biopsy test results, which take quite a while.

My father and I have always been very close, with an unusually good and special relationship. This has been a trying time, as one minute we think this, and the next perhaps that, with different doctors giving different diagnoses and treatments. At times feeling hopeful and relaxed ,and perhaps knowing what we may be dealing with, and then finding an entirely new scenario unfolding the next minute, it has been a real yo, yo ride with the unknown. And being so close to it and stressed, I am yo yoing as well, in regard to receiving clear information from a higher vision, while at the same time being here in human form and experiencing the accompanying human emotions, along with the confusion.

This same scenario holds true for the energies now, even after the solstice. Many are still very confused, feeling the pregnant pause without the pregnant part, as one of my readers so eloquently described it. Many are still feeling absolutely no movement and with no sense of direction. Just like the situation with my father…a little piece here, and then another piece there, but still no resolution or actual grounding in of anything definite. And in addition, with a total disconnect from the old reality, finances are very tight for many, and possibilities for anything new unfolding perhaps seeming nil, at best. The only real space of comfort for the scenario with my father, and with many in these unknown energies is simply acceptance, surrender, trust in a higher power, and the belief that everything is indeed in divine and perfect order.

But although it may seem that the dead zone, empty space, or confusion with no real sense of direction, is all that currently exists, there is actually more going on with our current energetic situation than meets the eye.

The solstice, as it usually does, shook things up for many. Much that had still not left its old and familiar groove, was suddenly usurped and thrown up in the air, creating sudden losses, catastrophes, and instant changes of direction. Energies (within individuals) that had not yet made their decisions, were now very suddenly forced to look at things, address things, and make some kind of change or decision. The solstice on June 21 was indeed a catalyst for many, and it succeeded it creating new growth and movement at different levels.

And yet for some, another experience was indeed present. For me, I have never experienced in this lifetime the energies and space I am occupying now. After many of my new pieces of awareness and direction began arriving preceding the solstice, immediately after the solstice, I felt an enormous downloading of a new me embodying my every cell and awareness. With the non-physical beings ever present now, I feel them at my elbow at each turn, as each step toward creating my new begins and arrives. It is an amazingly magical time, with supports and awarenesses I cannot describe. I am currently beginning the stages of creating a very new physical space in a very new reality, with an unsurpassed feeling of fullness, direction, and enormous connection (even though I have very recently lost 15 pounds!).

So what is going on here? Why are some having one experience and others having another experience?

The solstice created the grounding energy, so that everything could then follow. Thus, things would begin to manifest and move, after the arrival of the solstice. And it is a very deep and grounded connection we now have access to. Because everything is indeed connected, in this way, one piece affects another….meaning that one energy must reach a certain place before it can reach out and connect to another energy. In this way, then, some energies are still waiting for the energies in front of them, to complete their new connection before they can then in turn, reach back and connect again to the corresponding energy behind them. All these pieces eventually create a whole, or new grid. And in addition, many are still deciding.

The new reality is very new indeed. It is a blank canvass waiting for our artist brushes to apply the paint, guiding the colors oh so precisely in order to create whatever we choose. It is indeed empty now, so that we can start very new…all over again from scratch. So even though we may have the paint and the brush, it is up to us to decide what we are going to paint. We can direct the paint intentionally, or we can place some paint here and there, and then see what may have emerged. So then, knowing what we are going to paint before we begin can greatly help (it has for me), but at the same time, experimenting with the paint can also lead to the emergence of something new as well.

It feels empty now because it is. The way that I finally connected to my new space was through surrender. I had to really and truly get out of the way and give up. I ended up opening to things and new spaces that I would have never imagined possible, and that were also very far beyond what I thought I was capable of. But once I surrendered to it all and allowed it to manifest, supports arrived at every turn (especially after I was certain of and willing to accept my new direction). In this way, many of us will be dedicated now to the humanitarian aspects of our new endeavors, as serving with disregard to our own needs will carry us on a white fluffy cloud, while our own needs are miraculously met with ease when we discontinue paying attention to them.

What?

Surrendering can help in identifying our new direction. Allowing it to unfold while being willing to accept things grander than we have ever imagined, and that were seemingly not our idea, can help as well. This is because we are stepping into the next phase of our soul shoes, and this next phase is amazing, grand, and allows us to become so much more of our original soul blue print and intention. This next phase is what we really came here for. It is absolutely finally time. It is the fun and juicy part. So then, being willing to become our true and authentic selves, with our true and authentic purpose, while letting go of a smaller and more diluted version of who we thought we were, can place us there more readily.

If you feel you have already surrendered, and are still confused, you may not have really let go all the way. Letting go means really giving up everything that you thought you wanted. It means giving up energetically…completely. Not hoping someone will buy your failing business, or holding on while you are waiting for something to change or save you. That is still holding on. It means being willing to disconnect from everything, before you start anew. No wishing, wanting, hoping for certain pieces to arrive to save you or that will allow you to leave, or the like. And I am referring to letting go energetically here…not suggesting that one physically walk away, unless that is a comfortable decision.

As we leave certain spaces, there will be new arrivals on our old rungs of the vibrational ladder who are now ready to occupy these spaces. So then, again, we arrive somewhere new, which leaves a vacancy, and someone new will then occupy it. The shaking up process of the solstice is creating the changes and new decisions that will be made, in order for these very new arrivals to finally get here. And know as well, that where many are going is still in the process of being created by the forerunners. We are going somewhere very new, and it is not about us…it is about our soul’s contribution to humanity and the new reality. In other words, a higher version of us.

So then, some individuals may still be occupying the no space, because they have either not surrendered all the way, allowing their final release into the next dimensional reality, or (more than likely)… they may be waiting for their new connection to reach out to them, as there are currently forerunners paving the way and opening the new doors for all to follow. The new connections form an amazing grid and domino effect…all perfectly placed to connect together at precisely the right time.

In addition, whenever we arrive in new territory at new dimensional levels, it is very common to experience a brief period of darkness. At the moment of the solstice, everything dark and unpleasant that we had previously succeeded in parting from, may have suddenly arrived once again, seemingly pestering us for a connection. It may have seemed as if we were going backwards, but this is always part of the process. This time is very brief, and then it is over, and it can arrive at different times for everyone.

When substantial shifts occur, it can create the departure of souls who have been carrying significant amounts of higher level energy. When Steve Irwin died, he left the energy of wildlife and wilderness conservancy behind. He had embodied this energy within himself to a massive degree, so by departing, he then allowed this energy to be dissipated to many others on the planet, thus creating a more widely spread purpose and higher energy for the planet as a whole.

Dana Reeve created the same effect when she departed. She embodied angelic energy, and thus, when she departed, we were then given the opportunity as a whole to now embody this energy ourselves.

At other times, souls carrying a significant amount of energy depart because we have evolved beyond the energy they are embodying, and the role of these souls is now over. Anna-Nicole Smith was one of these souls.

When souls depart who carry significant amounts of energy, their sudden absence can be greatly felt, and what they leave behind creates a ripple effect as it migrates and dissipates out for the entire planet to embrace and now embody in a more evenly distributed way.

Michael Jackson, perhaps the most talented performer of all time, embodied a massive amount of higher level energy. He was extremely connected to a higher level and to “the other side.” He was unmistakably a bridge; bringing this higher level energy into form and then giving it out to the masses. Remembering oh so well what the “other side” was like, he, like others, found it extremely difficult to exist within and understand the strange and many times darker energies that were on the planet while he was here.

So then, he embodied massive amounts of energy relating to the other side and bringing it here. In this way, he suddenly departed precisely around the time we experienced the solstice of June 21, because it was now time to dissipate that energy to the planet. He has now given us this energy to embody ourselves. He no longer needed to hold so much of it himself, as the shift of the solstice created this new connection for the planet to now experience on its own.

Pleiadian Renegades through Amanda R. Ryan

Some days, you find yourself thinking, “What if…?” Going over in your mind what could have been if only you had paid more attention to your experience at crucial points of possibility is one sure way to become more aware in your present-moment experience. Such days, you ask yourself if you can forgive yourself for not taking opportunities to connect with love and understand it better, through experiencing it. Remembering those moments of lost love is to bring them alive again. It grants access to power to transform your reality utterly, from one of regret to one of hope fulfilled. We greet you from aboard the lightships which hover just beyond the edge of perception, and we invite you to enter into those places of such power with the thought that you are ready to be through with who you have always thought yourselves to be, that you are ready to become transformed into a new being of light, of love, of understanding. Thus will you remove a veil which prevents you from seeing your true divine Self, the light of consciousness. You must be able to see into the dark with eyes of love and, without a thought of self-condemnation, to find yourself there in the dark, becoming aware of the light. Hope, you will find there. Hope fulfilled, you will create. In this way, your transformation is effected.

How do you create such a state of change in a minefield of regret? With small steps, of course, but realize that the mines explode only with awareness, and they act with a domino effect. Entering into awareness at a memory-point of lost opportunity infuses awareness into your total being, if you allow yourself that experience. With your fundamental awareness of yourself thus awakened, you may find that the question of what-if becomes irrelevant at the moment of forgiveness. If you can consider that you have become aware of your own understanding of love only by experiencing awareness of what it never seemed to touch, then you will know forgiveness, for love is indeed there, unmasked. Awareness of the pain of separation turns into awareness of the joy of finding love where you thought you had lost hope. In that moment, it is possible to connect with a greater understanding of love and stretch out the edges of perception to encompass a greater field of awareness.

Perhaps you have a memory of being unable to find resolution with another being about unmet needs. Allow your awareness to open into that memory and unlock for you now what you could not have understood then. You are more than you were, with more experience of love. Take the opportunity remembrance affords, though it may call forth feelings of pain. Pain takes your awareness and focuses it on a specific target. Usually, that target is, at its essence, nothing more or less than lost opportunity to have had an experience of love. Seeing that moment now with eyes wiser in love, allow the opportunity to be resolved, the hope fulfilled. See yourself as beloved and know that you are. You are. In every moment, even the painful ones, you are beloved. Know that what you have experienced is the divine essence of self, the connection to the Source of All That Is. In the moment in which you forgive yourself for being human, you become more fully human, and more divine. You are a creation in progress, approaching divinity. You are about to get a better idea of what that means.

We remind you of these things because reality is about to change quite dramatically for you. At the moment of recollection, you have a perfect opportunity to come into a greater understanding of who you are, who you have been, and who you are becoming. It is a good time to put old regrets to sleep and meet hope with new eyes. When you do, we will be perception’s reward, but your own transformation in light will be treasure rediscovered. Hope is waiting for you in the shadows. Meet it with love.

Some people have asked me if there's a connection between exercise and intuition. The answer is yes, definitely.

Every time you exercise and move your body, you are that much closer to connecting to your intuition. Our bodies are intuitive receptors that contain enormous amounts of information for us to integrate into our daily lives. This information can appear in the form of a physical sensation, a gut sense or an instant knowing. The messages and
guidance we receive from our non-linear mind support us in living healthy, enriched and balanced lives.

When we exercise and move our bodies, we no longer stay stuck in our heads. Instead we allow the deep and meaningful connection to our entire physical being to exist . When we do this, we naturally connect to the inherent wisdom of our bodies.

When I go out for my daily walk, I receive dozens of inspired thoughts and ideas for my day. Very often solutions present themselves to matters I was preoccupied with and thinking about even days earlier. My walk has a beautiful way of clearing my mind and providing me with a sense of relaxation, inspiration and well-being.

Here are 5 reasons why exercise & movement connect you to your intuition:

1. To use your intuition, you need to be connected to your body. Exercise heightens your awareness to your physical nature and the life force within you that animates your body.

2. Being physical means being in your body, grounded and connected to the physical world. When you're engaged in physical activity, you're less likely to be stuck in your head mulling things over from the day, looking for solutions to your problems. As soon as you engage in movement and activity, mental chatter lessens, thus making room for wisdom and inspiration from within to flow.

3. Exercise increases energy levels, mental acuity and also reduces stress levels. All these benefits create a favorable environment for intuition to communicate to us. The intuitive voice is subtle and requires attentiveness, awareness and groundedness.

4. Exercise improves your mood and promotes relaxation. This creates a fertile space for intuition to come through and be heard. We can hear our intuition most when we are relaxed and undisturbed, especially by emotions such as fear or anxiety.

One more crucial point worth noting about exercise and intuition is that exercise boosts self-esteem. Listening to, trusting and then acting upon your intuition requires self-esteem and courage. By developing your self-esteem,
you will develop your ability to trust and successfully act upon your intuition.

The next time you are exercising or moving your body, notice how you are feeling. You might even find yourself arriving at a solution to a problem you had since given up on. And know that we are all able to access these moments of inspiration and clarity.

Exerpt from Stepping Into the New Reality

Several years ago I was in a group setting where we were practicing
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). EFT is a healing and energy
balancing modality which stems from the core belief that "The cause
of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy
system." And "Our unresolved negative emotions are major
contributors to most physical pains and diseases." (For more
information kindly visit http://www.emofree.com.) Through a process
of tapping on the meridian points of the body, these energy
disruptions or blockages can then be released and re-framed.

When I first began experiencing the discomfort of the higher
energies hitting my blocked energy spots from toddler rapes, abuse,
and much life trauma, this process was greatly helpful in the
beginning stages. (Please note that as we progress through the
ascension process, many kinds of healing only serve to take us back
into spaces where we are no longer vibrating, and thus, healing is
no longer needed and is even detrimental. Also, we eventually see
that nothing needs to be "fixed" or is wrong once we reach a
certain vibration. Our new little ones receiving vaccinations is
another example of energies that are totally out of alignment and
way too much of a stretch. The vaccinations contain very low level
energy and this energy is extremely uncomfortable to these new and
higher vibrating babies...and the vaccinations exist in another
reality altogether! I am not suggesting or telling anyone what to
do here, in this regard. My grandchildren still receive
vaccinations, as my daughter feels that this is the right thing. It
is always best to go with what feels right to you at the time, as
this will place you in alignment with yourself.)

While we were tapping away one evening, something suddenly became
vibrantly clear. One of the many wonderful things about EFT, is
that is serves to give a person the clear and "real" version of
things (without the human mis-perceptions and density). What became
so blatantly obvious was that what holds us back so many times, is
the human pattern of taking things personally. This is because we
tend to view things from our ego stance, or dis-connect stance, or
rather, through the filter of our blocked energy. We think that
everything is about us.

"How can we not take things personally, when we only attract what
we are vibrating in the first place?" you may wonder. What holds
true for all of creation, or how creating works, is that we create
from both sides. For example: Most of you who are reading this,
realize that we are most certainly going through a spiritual
evolutionary process while here in form. What created this process,
and why did it begin in the first place? It is being fueled from
the outside and from the inside. Our positioning in the universe,
and the positioning of the planets, is creating it on the outside.
So are the solar flares, and basically all of the cosmos. This is
resulting in a raising of our vibration. At the same time, we as
human beings, and all the non-physical beings, are summoning this
process from the inside. So then, everything is happening at
once...culminating in one big creation that meets in a portal of
creation in the middle.

Did the chicken lay the egg, or did the egg lay the chicken? Which
came first? In all of creation, everything happens at once when
vibrations reach a certain level of frequency. It is then that
manifestation occurs when things culminate through like energies
attracting like energies. Similar to always having everything we
need, the pieces come together more easily when there is less
density. So then, do we attract our experiences, or do our
experiences attract us? And how does this relate to not taking
things personally?

As we vibrate higher and higher, we shed off our density, or the
lower vibrating aspects of ourselves. Higher and lower energies
cannot exist in the same space, and we are now residing in a higher
realm. We only react to things if they trigger something within us
that is a match in vibration. As we begin to vibrate higher, we
then begin to embody higher ways of being, and not reacting to the
outside environment is one of these ways of being. Just like all of
the nature kingdom, we eventually come to a place where we simply
are. The more purified version of ourselves is composed of our
special gifts and talents, our connection to Source, and not much
else. In this way, we can be shining our brightest light the
majority of the time. Everything else belongs to someone or
something else.

There are times when we must visit the lower vibrating aspects of
reality, as all of the earth is not yet in the same space of
vibration and evolution. As always, we can spend time in the denser
vibrations, but not for very long, as it is just too unpleasant and
at times intolerable. This is the way it was intended. One way to
"survive" while dropping down and visiting the lower vibrations is
to simply shine our light as brightly as we can. This involves not
taking things personally, or reacting to and becoming involved with
the dramas that may be occurring. When we interact or respond to
these lower vibrating dramas, we then become a part of them
ourselves, and only serve to fuel and support them. In addition,
reacting to any lower vibrating dramas (or creations) activates
them within us as well (just as receiving certain types of healing
does). Eventually, the energies that we have not yet released or
balanced within us, simply become dormant. So when we are in a
higher vibrating reality, they do not become activated; similar to
the process of natural selection.

By simply being who we are at our highest levels, just like a
flower would do, for instance, we are then able to raise the
vibration we are in, as well as maintaining our own. Staying
centered with who we truly are, while maintaining a connection to
Source, is the best way to survive any visits to the denser
realities. Most things on the outside eventually do not ever belong
to us....period.

When we attract situations in our lives that create an emotional
response, or charge, this is because we have a corresponding energy
pattern that is connected to our dis-connect or ego selves. As we
begin to evolve, we can still attract situations or see them
unfolding around us, but if we have no particular feelings or
emotions about them, then we are free and clear to be who we are at
the highest levels. Not taking things personally is one way to do
this. Energies we encounter are not always about us. This is one of
the reasons I love writing the energy alerts. The energy alerts
serve to show us that we are all one, having the same experience.
In this way, we need not take things personally. When we all
experience the same thing at the same time, we come to know then,
that we have not done anything wrong, are not attracting a bad
experience because we have an "issue," and everything is as it
should be. We are just vibrating higher and going through the same
stages of ascension at the same time. All is in perfect order, as
this is what we came to do.

Staying In Alignment With Not Taking Things Pesonally

There are two ways that I have found helpful to stay connected to
the higher realms or vibrations when we encounter a situation that
stirs an unpleasant reaction in us.

1. Suppose someone arrives in your reality that is embodying an
energy that you find annoying or unpleasant. They seem to become a
bur under your saddle, so to speak, and you find that you would
prefer to avoid them. In this case, it can be helpful to do this:
Ask yourself what it is about their energy that defines what is
bothering you. What is it about? Then identify that energy within
yourself. This is no new news here, and no new process.

After you identify what it is that their particularly bothersome
energy is about, then you have the opportunity to adjust that
energy within yourself. When particular individuals enter our
spaces with bothersome energy, it is almost always because it is
now time for a particular adjustment within ourselves to occur.
This is why it is coming to our attention.

If you cannot identify that particular energy within yourself (and
remember, it may be an energy that you could embody under certain
circumstances, or an energy that you do embody, but in a different
way and in a different arena, so it may be hard to recognize), then
know that it is then an energy that you may have a strong reaction
to or judgment about, so you would never consciously want to embody
it.

In this case, you are being asked to be more of that energy, but
probably in a more healthy and balanced way. This particular energy
is just being shown to you in an exaggerated way so that you will
not miss it. We may think that no-one should ever embody this
energy, and certainly then, not us! We have strong reactions to
certain energies because we think they are very wrong and not of
the highest order, but when this is the case, what is really
occurring is that we are not right and the other is not wrong. In
time, if we are open and willing, we always find that we were
overly exaggerated in our judgment, and these seemingly horrible
energies are actually OK if they are used appropriately (in other
words, not to such a strong and exaggerated degree.) For some
reason specific to us, we believe that these unpleasant energies
are absolutely not acceptable, and so we would never embody them
ourselves! So then, we need to embody them ourselves, and find
their gifts and benefits, in order to diffuse and neutralize these
reactions we are having. We need to acknowledge their gifts and
benefits, and embrace them and become them in order to become
whole. Thus, we need not take this personally, as energy is simply
doing what energy does.

As we evolve higher and higher, we begin to experience less of
number 1, and more of number 2.

2. We eventually come to a space of being, where we are aware
that a specific energy is in our space, but we have no reaction to
it, except that it is unpleasant and it feels as though it belongs

We can easily see what it is about, and intuitively we know that we
have already been there ourselves, understand this energy, and know
we no longer embody it. It may even feel as though it lives in a

In this case, we are then able to give love and understanding to
the individual who is embodying this energy, and thus, we do not
take it personally.

Even though we have now evolved out of many lower vibrating energy
patterns, they can still feel fairly uncomfortable to be around.

highest levels, staying in that space, and shining our lights while

Abundance and prosperity are frequencies in the universe. They are locations on the map of your consciousness. You can choose to tune into the frequency of abundance and prosperity just as you would tune into a radio station. In order to "tune in" the frequency of abundance and prosperity, you will need to practice the art of reality creation. Reality creation goes beyond manifesting, which focuses on bringing single objects and experiences into your physical reality.

Reality creation, by contrast, involves becoming the designer and architect of every aspect of your life. You are able to create entire realities by becoming the person who is capable of experiencing them. As you become an energetic match to the realities you prefer, situations, people, resources and objects naturally manifest. It’s easy to see how reality creation from this perspective is painting on a much broader canvas than simple manifesting.

Challenges and the Path of Transformation

The move toward reality creation represents a major shift in perspective and intention with a generous helping of motivation thrown in. Often when things are flowing along on even keel, it's more challenging to find the desire and motivation for a major shift. More often, the needed motivation kicks in when challenges and difficulties rear their head. It is during challenging times that most people begin their journey on the path of transformation.

When a reality you don't want shows up in your life, that’s the perfect time to practice the art of transforming reality. Preferred realities don’t always generate sufficient desire and motivation for you to stretch your powers of reality transformation, whereas less desired realities tend to motivate you to reach beyond perceived limitations with fresh inspiration and enthusiasm.

Since financial challenges have been in the forefront recently, this makes the perfect testing ground for learning to wield your magic wand to transform scarcity into abundance.

Transforming Scarcity into Abundance and Prosperity

The first point of transformation is to understand you're not really transforming reality or "what is," but yourself. The identity you hold determines your field of possibilities and the realities you activate into your life. If you're not sure whether your identity is one of scarcity or abundance, become a detective in your own life, observing and making notes on things you habitually say, do and feel around the issue of
money. If you find yourself constantly saying you can't afford things or that you’re "broke," or "poor," this is an indicator you have some degree of scarcity consciousness. Beliefs about scarcity often are passed from one's family and are therefore deeply ingrained.

It’s difficult to manifest any significant amount of abundance when your thoughts are holding onto lack in any way. While you may speak affirmations to the contrary and create positive visions of what you wish to manifest, these efforts won’t succeed if underneath the surface you’re playing old tapes attuned to the frequency of lack. These tapes are often created early in life. In fact, if you’re experiencing lack in any way, there are likely moments you can trace back to your childhood where you received programming that implied you are not worthy of having what you dream of. This is not saying you are a victim in any sense. When a spirit chooses the condition of unworthiness from the shopping list of available life experiences, this choice is made from a need at the soul level to learn the inherent worth of all beings. Maybe you have come to accept your own inherent worth, but your inner child of the past is still confused and feeling unworthy. This is enough to keep you from experiencing abundance in your present moment.

Seeing the World through the Lens of Abundance

When you see the world through the lens of abundance, there is always plenty, always more than enough. In your most abundant state, you are able to telepathically commune with your higher self, your guides and angels. Greetings to you this time in your passing of the energetic flux of Earth’s ascension. I find immense inspiration among many who are apart of the flow of energy at this time. As yes, you do understand that each of you are indeed intertwined with all of the energy right now, so it is to you with whom I speak. In the revealing of what lies in store for all inhabitants of the great Mother Earth and her journey. You are embarking on a expedition of knowledge with which the Master ancestors traveled long ago. Remember your time is upon you now just as it has been deemed before your entrance upon your planet of Mother Earth.

I find humor in my own journey one that still earns merit among my fellow masters, one that in given time I shall share with you. For now it is your journey that needs to be looked at. For now I give to you the first steps for what is needed as you venture forth.

When your planet of Mother Earth’s communities are ready to see all that is before them with acknowledgment of truth, then the time has come for you to understand where to go from there. Possibilities are looked upon in all directions through the eyes of humanity and in directing this; you will need to see beyond what is truly there in front of you the living inhabitants. If you can see past the creation that is before you, you will then indeed be ready to proceed in the years ahead.

For everything you have learned by now is all about the preparation followed by proceeding forward in all that is before you. All structures you face on your planet of Mother Earth is about moving ahead, having in place all that is required, being prepared to move forward. It is like this, the individual does not dare to move their dwelling structure unless their work has been done to prepare for the final destination. As you see this too must be in place as every living creation in all galaxies are approaching the numbers of 2012 and beyond. The numbers of old, but are in truth one of a newness. One of simply repeating what has already been before you. For each of you have been there many times and will so be once again further in your own existence.

Time does not simply stop; time has been known to repeat itself, as with all things there is a repetition in the familiarity. A time when an individual, an continuation of planetary movement, a whole of your humanity in addition may re-do that which has already been lived. It is in the re-do, to undo, that which was not lived in truth. Think back to many times upon your physical life on your planet of Mother Earth. How many times have you been through the same thing over and over again, yes many times with a new name placed upon it, but it is in all, the same lessons over again. It will be with all new eyes that it is then perceived to be lived differently. Do you live it in truth or do you just keep living it as you have before? And what is the truth if you just re-lived it the same again? Truth when the individual or a collective consciousness can see that they are living the same as before and this time they choose to direct it differently with a more positive outcome. Now yes, you may have your own term and definition on what it is, you are going through, as that is exactly what you and millions upon your planet of Mother Earth are going from beginning to end right now in your own evolution.

The accuracy of truth is one of those things that can stop humanity in their tracks of their evolutionary ascension upon your planet of Mother Earth. It is in which the individual human is afraid to look beyond doubt and see. For if you are without doubt to see the truth in front of your own existence, one would turn from it, this has been going on through earths humanities existence since the beginning of time. Now of course you may say Lord Amin-Ru, I see the truth and I live it each day of my physical existence. To you I say, bravo, now be in truth as you hear the words I speak and tell me that which you know. For you will know that those upon your planet of Mother Earth have consistently turned from the truth for no way to bring about the results they seek. Yes, they may bring disruption, they may bring their voice to be heard and how long does it take to bring it all back to the truth? Hmmm… I say to you keep going, be in your truth, you will have the backing of the universe if all is done by you in truth. We shall send those to you for you to teach the truth to. As we seek the light that emanates from those in truth, for these are the seekers of light and truth just as I, just as you. These are the ones who shall bring the clarifying work to you to build and move forward in these earth times you are awaiting of 2012 and beyond. We shall see all who are in truth - in truth for the voice of truth shall never be quieted, it shall be given the support of the universe in all it does.

Your planet has had many a millennia to see all exposed in front of you. You have had the human pioneers reaching out to bring the information with such precision and they have succeeded in awakening the intellectual minds of discovery. But when an individual of your human nature is presented with truth, the human mind then re-draws to what the mental power is programmed as truth, and confusion is then evident. Why would this one planetary word be so devastating to many upon your planet of Mother Earth, to then have the individual turn and move from what can bring total peace within?

It is the actuality that they then would have to review and look at the possibilities that the entity then has been living an untruth their whole existence and that could de-stabilize the foundation in which they bodily exist. This is why it so important to have the truth for the human structure for civilizations may then start to re-build their foundation and create growth from there to all possibilities which exists around them.

As you enter into these times before you there is much to consider

So much has been laid at the feet of the human inhabitants; I must say that this has been of much interest to those of us who are with you. Working with you to assist in anyway in which you need. We see where there is enormous struggle, not just for the individual human but for your planet of Mother Earth as a whole. There is much struggle around your world on a level that must be reached for the process to be complete. Do you not see humanity crying out for change and for freedom? This is being cried out more than in what is being shown to you, for the soul cries out for the change within to give freedom to the soul to begin to live, and to reach that freedom there must be truth. So look around your great planet of Mother Earth, hear the cries of those waiting to be heard. What is it do you hear? Do you hear humanity as a whole or do you hear what your own soul is crying out for? For when one cries it is not to be alone in their cry. But to join with others to make the cry reverberate into the universe for all to hear. These are the cries of the souls who are misplaced, who need to be recognized and loved, we see you reaching up to the heavens with so much agonizing pain in your being and we are here. These cries we hear and this is why we come to you with the information that is needed in these times ahead of you.

Do not think that you are the only ones who are going through this or have ever gone where nothing else has ever been. We that are with you have journeyed before you, that is why we hear what you give to us and we then come to you to give to you the knowledge in which you seek and need for the next steps. The planetary alignment you have been reading and hearing about is in truth among you, all around you. Why then can you not understand the energy matrix and finally understand how all of this is working on and with you?

These times are not for you to just wait for the events of 2012, they are unfolding within and around you as I speak these words. It is in the preparation of the next steps that you need to look at. This is why I give to you the words to know and be – Truth!

I have heard your human words say the truth will set you free. Why then does not the inhabitants of your planet of Mother Earth not practice what they speak? Why would one wait for the foreseeable, than to learn and do all that can be done before the conclusion of such event? Is this the time in your evolution that the whole of consciousness need to come together and change that which is about to align? I see much in your civilization that is spoken of changing the events as they are foretold, why yes, anything that is in the realms of the universe of creation can be and is on a constant basis, changed each one of your earths seconds of time. Many of you on your plant of Mother Earth work continuously in your day and night of earthly time, even in your dream states to escort, protect, learn and move the energetics to assist others and you are doing a tremendous job, I honor you. You see even when you do not know that which you are doing you are there making the difference upon your own planet of Mother Earth. You make that difference in the way you communicate with one another, when you open yourself to finally see all before you as it is and not as another has placed upon you.

The times are here for you to speak and walk in truth, these are your first steps into the times of 2012 and beyond. Much change is coming to you and it all starts within, when you can go within and see, feel and hear the truth then you will know it is time for that change. Many will not hear the change; they will keep reaching out to you to keep giving you their own creation of falseness. Some have been living in that falseness for so long they do not know any different. You shall see them trying to achieve a great pull from you to bring you into that falseness, for they know you are in a position of confusion and in the first stages of your enlightment with truth . I say to you be the truth, stand tall in the truth and do not allow yourself to be drawn into the game of false illusion.

Begin by accepting that there is truth around you and you are ready to receive it. You will need to be strong as when one is seeking truth, illusion is there in many forms. I have said before- many will see the falseness that has always been around them. As they see this they will get swayed to go far from truth in order to keep peace in their heart and mind. For they have their own perception of the truth and that truth will be one of a human creation, one that has been with them for so long. How is it easy to separate from that creation? For when an individual steps back from the illusioned truth - the battle begins deep within. The battle within, to recognize that not all that is apparent around them is in truth- truth. That battle will be one of such intense emotions that the individual shall make it through by connecting back to their original blueprint of their soul. Or will be one to run as fast as they can for they no longer want to see the truth.

For to see the truth will mean to see their own self in truth.

You are now at the point of your own evolution to open many of the creations around you to see with clarity that which is in denial. As you go through this you have struck cords with many around you in the name of truth. Opening this arena of multiple creations that an individual has created can be very threatening to the entity in which created it. This then will work to stabilize the conditions in which you have allowed growth and opportunity to exist, which now for your own evolvement needs to become in alignment as so many before you have underwent.

Many humans are running from their own creations right now, they have taken upon their own minds that they are in truth in truth. They have been allowed to be a part of the creations around them for so long and at the same time not allowed to be of the creation. Then the individual creates their own extension of the original creation which is malnourished and is being depleted as the original creation is not acknowledging their input. When this truth is finalized within their own existence they then are seeing the reality of the truth around them. On their own conscious level they have discovered that the individual has then been living upon the creation of another and their world is torn apart. You then have the individual who has discovered they have been living not the truth for their whole existence, but another's projection. What effects do you think this does to one? To understand that the whole structure of your being has been taken upon by another in existence or truthfully from another time period through your planet of Mother Earths life. Not any creation of life form wants to know they have not been decreed to be the ruler of their own destination. And that is where you find that which is around you at this moment of time.

You are living your existence to find the truth and if there is nothing to be found then there comes a time to make the truth out of what is around you.

For to see the truth will mean to see their own self in truth.
As you journey closer to the times known as 2012 and beyond, there is much work to be done, learn to live and speak truth. Give more to your planet of Mother Earth by loving her more as you love yourself. Know the plants in which you walk upon for they shall one day be all that you need. Do not wait for the times of 2012 to be here, let them be here now and make your difference upon your planet of Mother Earth. Nothing has to be as it is said to be. There is no ending, but only the repeat of the beginning of all times. As you are repeating all that is within you so too is your Mother Earth, she is releasing the falseness from herself to repeat the new that is around her. There will be many wars ahead of you personally and of the world around you. There will be many who roar their heads to announce how mighty they are. Do not take light that which they roar, but do not put much nervousness into those who roar. For the energy goes where you place it and now is the time to place your energy on truth.

We are always near, we always have that which is close to you to bring and hold onto. You are loved on many levels that it is all in truth and as you step closer to your truth, you shall feel the love that has always been there waiting for you. Now is not the time to sit back and wait for the times of 2012. The times are here. When you place that which you eat upon your table, how did it get there? What was the extent of the preparation? Did it just appear or was there much that needed to be done to bring it to your table? This is the same as the times of 2012 and beyond. Do not be the one to say it is here ...what now, but be the one to say I have prepared and it has come and gone. You will discover the times of 2012 and beyond are the times for living graciously in truth, yes, your planet of Mother Earth shall never be the same, for she is rising in your energy of truth. The old energy of your planet of Mother Earth is shedding all that is not in the truth and she is rising in truth as she is aligning with those planets that are coming back into alignment with her. The re-union of those who moved forward long before your time.

Do you not wonder as to what happened to the population before the ending of their own beginning? They too were given much insight and verifications; they too were given all they needed to know and to be in truth in preparing of things to come. Many reached up seeking what they did not know but was growing within, their own calling. The difference to then as to now, those before were made to believe in another’s creation with no truth. You are given in these times upon your planet of Mother Earth the truth of another to know the truth as it is given.

Always know I am here with you in truth and many blessings in your travels to discover the truth within. May you hear that which is being spoken to you, as to know that which is needed as you enter the times of 2012 and beyond.

The Oneself Consciousness of Planet Earth has its own "circadian rhythm" .....very similar to cycles of rest and productivity that are experienced in the life of a single individual. The Shadow Dance, which has been going on across these last few generations, has been an important safety valve for handling the enormous surges of power that become available when folks begin tapping into the core of who they truly are, as creators of their reality.

You hold within you all possibility, but you see it not. Create as the Gods you are. Use your words, your thoughts, your intentions to bring to you full circle where it is that you are to go. If you do not know the lay of the land, if you do not the directions to the next level of your being then just ask to be shown and trust.

Stop being scared of yourself, your world, and your choices. You seek to help your families and friends but you get so frustrated, the energies that come forth from you are like barbs. You are angry with your families and your friends because they still sleep. remember when you were asleep? Would you have liked the rest of the universe to turn their back, flipped their hair and road off into the sunset because they had given up on you? When you give up on someone, they know it, they feel it. It comes across as a neon sign in your energy field. Everyone knows what you are about, except you.

In the next 3 months will experience a journey of vastness as you walk into parts of your past, your future, and your present simultaneously. The energies will overlap and one minute you will look at your surroundings and you will think you were in your past, the next minute you will think you were in your future and then you will come back to the present which is pre-sent as you know. Invite in the highest vibration of your own light.

The human eyes can only straight ahead –there is a tunnel vision to you. Ask to see through all the cells of your being. Ask to see what is to come, what was, and what shall be. Every part of you – every hair has consciousness. You are a hologram and everything that comes from you and goes to you is a holographic image as well. One drop of your blood holds your history. One cell of your skin tells your life story. One tiny minuscule strain of hair gives you truth that you knew not about of your past, your family, or your genetic history.

All of you are vortexes. Have you every stood in your environment and looked at it really? When you look at it hard – it shifts. There are heat signature fluctuations within the hologram. When you shift your perception, you shift everything. You are not here to shift Sally and Mary and Bob and Henry’s day. You are here to shift your own essence. The Creator begins from a point of centeredness and from that point of love and centeredness -- creates outward. You don’t create from the centeredness of your being. You create externally and then move the energies inward.

Start from a point of creation that begins in a point of centeredness. Begin your day by embracing who you are. Scan the energies of the day with your mind. You know your schedule. from that point – send love to all those destinations. Start from a point of centeredness and move outward.

You cannot worry about fixing those you love. You can not worry about making them better – making them give up their addictions, their doubts, and their fears. Each addiction, each disease, each situation is a gift. They themselves must unwrap it. You cannot unwrap there presents (Presence) for them. Hold the vision of those you love being healed. Hold the vision for them as the creator holds the vision for you, endlessly. You are never given up on. You are never tossed away. You are always held in the highest esteem and your light is seen as such.

Do not give up on others. Reach out and speak to their soul of love – the way that the Creator reaches for you yourself through the energies of light and through your heart. No one on Earth will ever be given up on. We are the Pleiadian Council and we thank you and honor you

Embrace what you hate. Embrace what makes you angry. Embrace what you love. Embrace what brings you joy. Love your humanness – for it is only through loving your humanness that you will evolve. Everything in the Universe is composed of sub-atomic particles livingness called Quanta (or Quarks). All Quanta has the same stellar content and DNA. These particles are so small they have eluded physicists for centuries. The Quanta are constantly in a state of flux. Continually changing with chameleon like properties to suit the thought of whom ever is observing them.

Each persons Quantum Field is made of the same material yet difference in context and outcome. Every single thought changes the quanta. If 10 people were observing these subatomic particles everyone would see something different, because their personal universe is composed of different light vibrations which are birthed from the charge (;positive or negative) of each thought. Each thought has a different electronic signature and thus attracts a different outcome.

that the world as you know it responds and mirrors you’re every thought, word and action (said and unsaid). The material form in the world is solidified living quanta ( such as your car, sofa, money, etc) everything else is unformed quanta, waiting on your instructions.

Imagine all of the air in the world as unformed Quanta (in truth that is what it is). With every breath you take you are inhaling unlimited potential circulating it throughout your body, through your thoughts, and then exhaling it back into the physical world. In the exhale, the manifestation process begins. What were you thinking, praying, speaking, as you inhaled those chameleon like subatomic Quantum particles? Whatever your thoughts or actions, you have just birthed a new experience for yourself. The quanta have adhered to your thoughts and now are in the process of forming and formulating a situation/experience to mirror that! Think about that! Every breath, every thought, everyday!

In a day there are 86,400 seconds. It takes about 4 seconds for an inhale and exhale( as a planet we are short breathers). On a daily basis you have approximately 21,600 experiences that are being cultivated and birthed by you. Knowing this start inhaling and exhaling in a more purposeful way. A way that exhibits your ability to consciously create your world in accordance with your highest needs, wants, and thoughts. We are always 100% responsible for all that we experience.

Everything you do defines who and what you are! Every choice that you make shows what direction you are choosing to sail your life. The choices are always multiple and all are to be honored. Do not yell at the Universe when events transpire that you dislike, change your Quanta, and your world will change.

Each of us resides in our own little universe, where the events of the day rotate around us like our own personal solar system. When people in our life are choosing a path we are not in agreement with, we cannot magically wave our wand over that situation and change it! We can however hold for them a vision of there highest potential, as we see it in our heart. Holding it lovingly until they awaken and see it for themselves. Life is complicated, complex, and very fiber-optic. We never really see how we touch and affect the people and situations of our world.

It is important that you create consciously whatever brings love & joy & peace into your heart. Then this energy will ripple out endlessly through all life every where. Believe in what you know in your Soul to be possible. Never give up on your dreams. Hold the vision high enough for the Quanta to see. Hold the Greatest Vision for yourself and the world!

Is it not a wonder to realize that there are mammals in the sea that are rather quite intelligent and even friendly in their general demeanor? Many angelic beings take dolphin form when incarnating on the Earth. Just as with humans, some of them are celestial and some of them are not. The determining factor is the soul quality.

This is a terrifying place and that more than anything is why we forget. Seek continuity and the string that runs through your existence will reveal all. Weep not tears for pain gone by; there is plenty more to come. Life can too often turn to tragedy. This is an expression of the karmic debt of all of humanity. Much has been denied.

Do you think Earth could not bring back her Thunder Lizards if she chose too? It is only the benevolence of the gods that keeps humanity around a bit longer somewhat for their amusement and to give us yet another chance to get things right. Constantly moments slip away and the heart cries while the mourners tear out their hair.

The body is the vessel for the traveling soul. You can move into any form if you are aware enough to remain conscious through the death portal. You should be able to jump anywhere in the timeline. Often it is baser instincts that drive the incarnation. Diving quickly into the next body available, souls miss the chance to refine.

Try not to be lulled into a false complacency that allows you to put off the pressing business of self transformation. The work is hard and the time is short. Your worldly pursuits make way for inner sensibilities. Whatever direction the collective shall move, the individual can maintain another. A flame lives strong in the heart.

All that was brought to the forefront was designed to help you see ways you have limited yourself. It brought awareness to beliefs that bound you to what you didn't prefer. It helped you see any negative emotions you still hold. All the things you have not yet seen represent veiled aspects associated with your sacred wound – a deep trauma that typically manifests in childhood. This wounding represents the need for karmic understandings carried forward from past lives. Now, during this powerful time, you are being asked to release all aspects of your karmic wounding in preparation for the New Time on Planet Earth.

Continuing the Work of Mercury’s Retrograde

Mercury’s May retrograde sought to clear anything that stood in the way of full access to these portals of transformation. Now it is up to you to continue Mercury’s work.

While Mercury has now turned direct, you can still continue its “detoxing” efforts on your own. Mercury’s retrograde set the tone, bringing things to your attention, but the real test is to embrace what you were shown. During this time, you are able to call upon insights you gained these past weeks. These insights allow you to continue the process of healing all that Mercury brought before you. This involves rushing out to meet challenges with confidence and choosing to believe in yourself and your ability to manifest resources. All of this allows you to embrace the message of your sacred wound and unite your inner soulmates -- your conscious and subconscious minds. As you enact healing at all levels of your being, you're able to rewrite your contract and design the remainder of your existence here. Cleared of the burden of karmic debt, you in effect become the architect of your life.

You may find yourself in a challenging time of uncertainty and chaos. This is especially true if you have been previously motivated by fear, emotional traumas and various forms of crises. Choosing Joy over Suffering and Struggle

This is the point where you begin to act through joy - to choose to do things based on the joy they bring you. As you explore all the things that bring you joy, you come face-to-face with your spiritual purpose. In other words, if you're not sure of your exact purpose, begin doing what brings you joy and you will soon find it.

Begin each day by affirming it is another glorious opportunity to experience joy. It is another day to hone your gifts and talents and share these with others. It is another day to step into the unlimited abundance of your spirit. Having a goal and purpose for everything you do allows you to examine each proposed activity to see if it adds meaning and joy to your life or if it is just another empty, meaningless activity void of fulfillment.

This is a time when you may want to examine how you relate to others. Observe if what others are asking of you is for your highest and best and for theirs. Examine if staying at a job that has grown stale is for your highest good. Learn to read the subtext of your life. Staying at a job where you feel undervalued and unappreciated is saying you're not worthy of anything better. Keep in mind that you are actually the one doing the undervaluing and under-appreciating, and others are simply mirroring this to you.

Opening to the New Vision for Your Life

The stage is being set and the call has gone out for all to hear. You can make the fullest use of the openings now available by opening to the new vision for your life. This is an expanded vision for the identity that will carry you into the New Time on Planet Earth.

Now is the time to undertake vision quests and fasts. This is the time to spend time each day in spiritual communion, opening to the message of your guides. Now is the time to receive the vision for the new "you" now crystallizing in the ethers.

The cosmic consortium of spring configurations combined with Mercury’s retrograde to pave the way for DNA restructuring that allows one’s plan and purpose to be recoded at the cellular level. This opportunity for cellular restructuring and quantum leaps on one’s spiritual path drew many to begin incarnating decades ago. Steps to Cellular Reprogramming
