Sanity is not always part of the experience of living as an embodied human. From time to time, insanity breaks out, and you find your world is in a state of chaos. This, it is understood, is called war. War is nothing new to Earth, nor is it unique to Earth. War has been raging in the stars as long as the stars have shone and that is true not only of your home galaxy but of many.

Before the experience of peace can be enjoyed, the experience of war must, in some way, be endured. The place of peace is not truly experienced until not-peace is known. In knowing war, the experience of peace is perfected. The peace that passes beyond the ability of most humans confronted with war to understand can only be gained through the experience of losing everything to mayhem, on some level. Let’s take a look at the phenomenon of war from a slightly elevated perspective, and perhaps we will be able to keep the focus on love.

Several years ago I was in a group setting where we were practicing
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). EFT is a healing and energy
balancing modality which stems from the core belief that "The cause
of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy
system." And "Our unresolved negative emotions are major
contributors to most physical pains and diseases." (For more

of tapping on the meridian points of the body, these energy
disruptions or blockages can then be released and re-framed.

When I first began experiencing the discomfort of the higher
energies hitting my blocked energy spots from toddler rapes, abuse,
and much life trauma, this process was greatly helpful in the
beginning stages. (Please note that as we progress through the
ascension process, many kinds of healing only serve to take us back
into spaces where we are no longer vibrating, and thus, healing is
no longer needed and is even detrimental. Also, we eventually see
that nothing needs to be "fixed" or is wrong once we reach a
certain vibration. Our new little ones receiving vaccinations is
another example of energies that are totally out of alignment and
way too much of a stretch. The vaccinations contain very low level
energy and this energy is extremely uncomfortable to these new and
higher vibrating babies...and the vaccinations exist in another
reality altogether! I am not suggesting or telling anyone what to
do here, in this regard. My grandchildren still receive
vaccinations, as my daughter feels that this is the right thing. It
is always best to go with what feels right to you at the time, as
this will place you in alignment with yourself.)

While we were tapping away one evening, something suddenly became
vibrantly clear. One of the many wonderful things about EFT, is
that is serves to give a person the clear and "real" version of
things (without the human mis-perceptions and density). What became
so blatantly obvious was that what holds us back so many times, is
the human pattern of taking things personally. This is because we
tend to view things from our ego stance, or dis-connect stance, or
rather, through the filter of our blocked energy. We think that
everything is about us.

"How can we not take things personally, when we only attract what
we are vibrating in the first place?" you may wonder. What holds
true for all of creation, or how creating works, is that we create
from both sides. For example: Most of you who are reading this,
realize that we are most certainly going through a spiritual
evolutionary process while here in form. What created this process,
and why did it begin in the first place? It is being fueled from
the outside and from the inside. Our positioning in the universe,
and the positioning of the planets, is creating it on the outside.
So are the solar flares, and basically all of the cosmos. This is
resulting in a raising of our vibration. At the same time, we as
human beings, and all the non-physical beings, are summoning this
process from the inside. So then, everything is happening at
once...culminating in one big creation that meets in a portal of
creation in the middle.

Did the chicken lay the egg, or did the egg lay the chicken? Which
came first? In all of creation, everything happens at once when
vibrations reach a certain level of frequency. It is then that
manifestation occurs when things culminate through like energies
attracting like energies. Similar to always having everything we
need, the pieces come together more easily when there is less
density. So then, do we attract our experiences, or do our
experiences attract us? And how does this relate to not taking
things personally?

As we vibrate higher and higher, we shed off our density, or the
lower vibrating aspects of ourselves. Higher and lower energies
cannot exist in the same space, and we are now residing in a higher
realm. We only react to things if they trigger something within us
that is a match in vibration. As we begin to vibrate higher, we
then begin to embody higher ways of being, and not reacting to the
outside environment is one of these ways of being. Just like all of
the nature kingdom, we eventually come to a place where we simply
are. The more purified version of ourselves is composed of our
special gifts and talents, our connection to Source, and not much
else. In this way, we can be shining our brightest light the
majority of the time. Everything else belongs to someone or
something else.

There are times when we must visit the lower vibrating aspects of
reality, as all of the earth is not yet in the same space of
vibration and evolution. As always, we can spend time in the denser
vibrations, but not for very long, as it is just too unpleasant and
at times intolerable. This is the way it was intended. One way to
"survive" while dropping down and visiting the lower vibrations is
to simply shine our light as brightly as we can. This involves not
taking things personally, or reacting to and becoming involved with
the dramas that may be occurring. When we interact or respond to
these lower vibrating dramas, we then become a part of them
ourselves, and only serve to fuel and support them. In addition,
reacting to any lower vibrating dramas (or creations) activates
them within us as well (just as receiving certain types of healing
does). Eventually, the energies that we have not yet released or
balanced within us, simply become dormant. So when we are in a
higher vibrating reality, they do not become activated; similar to
the process of natural selection.

By simply being who we are at our highest levels, just like a
flower would do, for instance, we are then able to raise the
vibration we are in, as well as maintaining our own. Staying
centered with who we truly are, while maintaining a connection to
Source, is the best way to survive any visits to the denser
realities. Most things on the outside eventually do not ever belong
to us....period.

When we attract situations in our lives that create an emotional
response, or charge, this is because we have a corresponding energy
pattern that is connected to our dis-connect or ego selves. As we
begin to evolve, we can still attract situations or see them
unfolding around us, but if we have no particular feelings or
emotions about them, then we are free and clear to be who we are at
the highest levels. Not taking things personally is one way to do
this. Energies we encounter are not always about us. This is one of
the reasons I love writing the energy alerts. The energy alerts
serve to show us that we are all one, having the same experience.
In this way, we need not take things personally. When we all
experience the same thing at the same time, we come to know then,
that we have not done anything wrong, are not attracting a bad
experience because we have an "issue," and everything is as it
should be. We are just vibrating higher and going through the same
stages of ascension at the same time. All is in perfect order, as
this is what we came to do.

Staying In Alignment With Not Taking Things Pesonally

There are two ways that I have found helpful to stay connected to
the higher realms or vibrations when we encounter a situation that
stirs an unpleasant reaction in us.

1. Suppose someone arrives in your reality that is embodying an
energy that you find annoying or unpleasant. They seem to become a
bur under your saddle, so to speak, and you find that you would
prefer to avoid them. In this case, it can be helpful to do this:
Ask yourself what it is about their energy that defines what is
bothering you. What is it about? Then identify that energy within
yourself. This is no new news here, and no new process.

After you identify what it is that their particularly bothersome
energy is about, then you have the opportunity to adjust that
energy within yourself. When particular individuals enter our
spaces with bothersome energy, it is almost always because it is
now time for a particular adjustment within ourselves to occur.
This is why it is coming to our attention.

If you cannot identify that particular energy within yourself (and
remember, it may be an energy that you could embody under certain
circumstances, or an energy that you do embody, but in a different
way and in a different arena, so it may be hard to recognize), then
know that it is then an energy that you may have a strong reaction
to or judgment about, so you would never consciously want to embody
it.

In this case, you are being asked to be more of that energy, but
probably in a more healthy and balanced way. This particular energy
is just being shown to you in an exaggerated way so that you will
not miss it. We may think that no-one should ever embody this
energy, and certainly then, not us! We have strong reactions to
certain energies because we think they are very wrong and not of
the highest order, but when this is the case, what is really
occurring is that we are not right and the other is not wrong. In
time, if we are open and willing, we always find that we were
overly exaggerated in our judgment, and these seemingly horrible
energies are actually OK if they are used appropriately (in other
words, not to such a strong and exaggerated degree.) For some
reason specific to us, we believe that these unpleasant energies
are absolutely not acceptable, and so we would never embody them
ourselves! So then, we need to embody them ourselves, and find
their gifts and benefits, in order to diffuse and neutralize these
reactions we are having. We need to acknowledge their gifts and
benefits, and embrace them and become them in order to become
whole. Thus, we need not take this personally, as energy is simply
doing what energy does.

As we evolve higher and higher, we begin to experience less of
number 1, and more of number 2.

2. We eventually come to a space of being, where we are aware
that a specific energy is in our space, but we have no reaction to
it, except that it is unpleasant and it feels as though it belongs
somewhere other than where we are. It can almost feel repulsive.
We can easily see what it is about, and intuitively we know that we
have already been there ourselves, understand this energy, and know
we no longer embody it. It may even feel as though it lives in a
land far away...a land where we have not lived for a very long time.
In this case, we are then able to give love and understanding to
the individual who is embodying this energy, and thus, we do not
take it personally.

Even though we have now evolved out of many lower vibrating energy
patterns, they can still feel fairly uncomfortable to be around.
When we encounter them, we have a strong desire to be somewhere
else. This is because higher vibrating energies cannot exist in the
same space as lower vibrating energies. Knowing who we are at the
highest levels, staying in that space, and shining our lights while
being connected to Source while not taking things personally, is a
good way to spend the limited amount of time we may find ourselves
residing in the lower vibrating realities. Things are only about us
if we choose to take them personally."

You hold within you all possibility, but you see it not. Create as the Gods you are. Use your words, your thoughts, your intentions to bring to you full circle where it is that you are to go. If you do not know the lay of the land, if you do not the directions to the next level of your being then just ask to be shown and trust.

Stop being scared of yourself, your world, and your choices. You seek to help your families and friends but you get so frustrated, the energies that come forth from you are like barbs. You are angry with your families and your friends because they still sleep. remember when you were asleep? Would you have liked the rest of the universe to turn their back, flipped their hair and road off into the sunset because they had given up on you? When you give up on someone, they know it, they feel it. It comes across as a neon sign in your energy field. Everyone knows what you are about, except you.

In the next 3 months will experience a journey of vastness as you walk into parts of your past, your future, and your present simultaneously. The energies will overlap and one minute you will look at your surroundings and you will think you were in your past, the next minute you will think you were in your future and then you will come back to the present which is pre-sent as you know. Invite in the highest vibration of your own light.

The human eyes can only straight ahead –there is a tunnel vision to you. Ask to see through all the cells of your being. Ask to see what is to come, what was, and what shall be. Every part of you – every hair has consciousness. You are a hologram and everything that comes from you and goes to you is a holographic image as well. One drop of your blood holds your history. One cell of your skin tells your life story. One tiny minuscule strain of hair gives you truth that you knew not about of your past, your family, or your genetic history.

All of you are vortexes. Have you every stood in your environment and looked at it really? When you look at it hard – it shifts. There are heat signature fluctuations within the hologram. When you shift your perception, you shift everything. You are not here to shift Sally and Mary and Bob and Henry’s day. You are here to shift your own essence. The Creator begins from a point of centeredness and from that point of love and centeredness -- creates outward. You don’t create from the centeredness of your being. You create externally and then move the energies inward.

Start from a point of creation that begins in a point of centeredness. Begin your day by embracing who you are. Scan the energies of the day with your mind. You know your schedule. from that point – send love to all those destinations. Start from a point of centeredness and move outward.

You cannot worry about fixing those you love. You can not worry about making them better – making them give up their addictions, their doubts, and their fears. Each addiction, each disease, each situation is a gift. They themselves must unwrap it. You cannot unwrap there presents (Presence) for them. Hold the vision of those you love being healed. Hold the vision for them as the creator holds the vision for you, endlessly. You are never given up on. You are never tossed away. You are always held in the highest esteem and your light is seen as such.

Do not give up on others. Reach out and speak to their soul of love – the way that the Creator reaches for you yourself through the energies of light and through your heart. No one on Earth will ever be given up on. We are the Pleiadian Council and we thank you and honor you

Embrace what you hate. Embrace what makes you angry. Embrace what you love. Embrace what brings you joy. Love your humanness – for it is only through loving your humanness that you will evolve. You are the apex of your own pyramid. You are what you seek. You are the light that you seek, you are the love that you seek, and you are the peace that you seek. Anything else is a reflection.

The fact that you are reading channelings such as these says you are part of human consciousness that is awakening. You are currently a minority on the planet. One need only watch the daily news to see the reality of this. Almost two-thirds of those incarnate on the Earth plane are still part of sleeping consciousness. A sleeping consciousness fears what it cannot see. Because “sleepers” are heavily veiled, there are many things they cannot see. Challenges, traumas and difficulties are rarely transformed from a physical perspective. Without transformative “miracles,” it is difficult to recognize the blessings that lie at the heart of adversity. Without spiritual awareness, it is hard to recognize the love that is the heart of everyone they see. Finding answers to life’s deeper questions is perplexing. Literal rather than symbolic meanings are applied to spiritual writings so much of the true meaning is lost, causing the workings of the universe to remain a mystery. Sleeping consciousness is essentially screened from the great teachings of the world.

In this state of sleeping consciousness, there is still the perception of being enslaved by outer forces. These outer forces can be interpreted as controlling, all-powerful and even shadowy. These shadows are unknown, unrecognized, and unloved parts of the sleeper’s own consciousness. Even universal laws are adversaries to the sleeping consciousness. Fear of the unknown in the sleeping consciousness quickly becomes victim consciousness. It is in this way that a condition such as poverty becomes an oppressive, suffocating force in life, rather than the blessing of an opportunity to discover the true wealth of spirit that lies within.

Approaching the Point of Wakefulness

Many sleepers approach the point of wakefulness time and again and turn back each time they sense the magnitude of the transition. Eventually all souls make this transition. In the meantime, remaining asleep holds one in a stagnating pattern. The sleeping consciousness is doomed to rely on the intuition of others. This is not true insight and spiritual growth. The journey of each soul is to forge its own connection with spirit and chart its own way home. This is only accomplished by undertaking the rites of passage that pull back the veils, paving the way for awakening.

The Choice between Love and Suffering

Transitions between waking and sleeping consciousness present a new set of opportunities. These changes offer the opportunity to believe in one’s self and in the loving support of the universe. There is a great shift between sleeping and waking consciousness. Waking consciousness requires one to release suffering, victimhood, blame and other negative patterns. Once this release takes place, energy is freed that allows one to experience a deep sense of inner peace and oneness. Viewed from this perspective, the choice between suffering and love appears obvious. Once one clears the hurdles to an awakening consciousness, the transition can happen easily.

Jumping off the inner cliff into the waiting arms of spirit is the only true awakening. In this state of complete surrender, Earthly consciousness finds its safety net in the universal love that is the true means for entering portals of awakening. These transitions allow each person to become the architect of their lives, the visionary of their future and the healer of their inner and outer worlds.

Cultivating Spiritual Integrity on the path of Spiritual Mastery

It is our absolute responsibility to choose to act with spiritual integrity at all times. There is no excuse to knowingly violate the spiritual rights of others, regardless of how poorly they may react to you. Spiritual Integrity requires that we begin to look at what we are really doing in the way we live our lives.
Cultivating spiritual integrity is a major responsibility on the path of spiritual mastery, and the way the universe works, you need live by it. This means that there is a biological reality of spiritual integrity that manifests chemically within the DNA as a result of that state and focus of consciousness. If you do not possess a sufficient amount of spiritual integrity in your consciousness, neither will be reflected your DNA Template. And though you might be able to "pull the wool over the eyes of others," your own biology will be eventually be your own task master.

The True Test of Integrity

First, what do I mean when using the word "integrity"? Integrity is not simply a matter of acting honorably. Note that the root word for integrity is the same as that for "integration" - living with integrity means that we choose to live in unity, rather than in separation. It is important always be aware of the ego's tendency toward personal comparisons and competition, which not only sets us apart from others, but creates internal conflict and separation as well. Personal and professional relationships can be the best teachers we have, especially when they "push our buttons", challenging us to face self-imposed limitations. Every person we encounter just might hold a piece of the puzzle we are putting together for ourseles, and we may hold a piece of theirs. And so, to make this exchange flow more easily we must be willing to let go of those self-reinforcing stories about who "I" am, what "I" think or what "I" am doing. The quieter we are inside, the more we can hear, and the more we can receive from others.

Although it may be relatively easy to retreat into a cave and become "enlightened", the true test of integrity comes when we reemerge and fully expose ourselves to the world. However, there is an advantage to retreating from the world on occasion - in a quiet place, it is easier to learn to cultivate the powerful tools we need for maintaining peace and balance. The foremost of these spiritual tools is the "internal witness," an unshakable, non-judging part of the self that maintains vigilant awareness of our own internal mental and emotional processes as we respond to the daily pressures of life.

The Cost of the Response

The way of integrity exacts a cost from those who follow it. Few phrases express this truth more clearly than the declaration “Well, at least I kept my integrity.” The speaker of these words has passibly suffered a loss -- perhaps a job or public dignity or even health and cherished friends. He or she may also imply, “I held on to what I needed to. I kept the greater treasure.” Even so, the sharp edges of privation have sliced deeply.

The cost of integrity assumes a subtler form, less dramatic than outright sacrifice and loss but in its own way fully as demanding. Those who walk with integrity willingly pay the dues of constancy.

Persons of integrity do not maintain one set of values in public and another in private. They make no division between how they conduct themselves with those dearest to them and how they operate in other settings.

The Attraction of the Response

Ultimately the way of integrity attracts. Those who live it excite interestof others in part because they do pay a cost. Their constancy and sacrifices demonstrate a wholeness of spirit.
The deeds of persons of integrity are wholly one with the fine words they speak.

The attraction deepens as we learn how fully we can trust such persons. We may not always like what they say, but we know they will be straight with us. They will not talk about us behind our backs or say one thing to us and something else to others. Persons of integrity may not have the most sparkling personality in the room or offer the most engaging conversation, but they possess a genuineness we can absolutely count on.

And because we trust such persons, we are particularly attracted to them in times of crisis. This does not mean they have all the answers. Indeed, at precisely the moment others offer solutions, these individuals may openly voice the wondering and distress the rest of us feel. They present us with no quick fix, no swift passage out of our current circumstances. Yet we sense that in their very way of being they are in touch with something far broader than just the moment. Their vision embraces wide horizons. Our crisis may be as personal as the search after a life-giving path for our days. Their way of being speaks of the wholeness we seek.

We pass through many crises in our lives. Some of these are global, some intimate, some both. And just as much, we long to live in a manner that will help others find wholeness, even when crises come one upon another, even when the most difficult situations persist from year to year and much remains unresolved.
Though the way of integrity asks much, clearly it comes forth as a life-shaping response to our longing.

When you become aware of recurring scenarios that are triggering intense emotional responses, take time to distance yourself from the situation. (Especially if you have not been getting any change of responses and are still experiencing the same cycles of repetition.) This may mean changing your day to day patterns, changing your location, finding alternate ways to have residence, (example: doing an summer internship at Esalen, taking a long dreamed of trip out of the country, a ”just do it!” kind of scenario, etc) Many times when you take yourself out of your comfort zone by changing your daily patterns it allows a new energy to present itself to manifest a completely new way of being.

Many times there are energetic symbolisms in the circumstance that are not what they appear to be on the surface. This means that what you feel or think is the “issue” is only the illusion at the surface and diving deeper into the core or causation of the pattern will reveal its deeper truth. Until you see the deeper truth, the pattern (symbolism) will repeat itself and continue to manifest its recurring theme. To free yourself from these recurring themes it is necessary to attain a complete level of nonattachment.


Generally the emotional charge that you attribute to a recurring life pattern is directly related to the degree you will repeat the life pattern. To break the cycle one must surrender to the process and cease resisting what has been presented or manifested in your life. Confrontation or attempting to force personal will on the situation will only multiply its intensity. To liberate yourself from the emotional bondage you may feel in these situations is to remove yourself energetically form the scenario completely. Diffuse your energies, do not engage in the drama or invest yourself in its outcome. When you actually walk away from the circumstance you contribute to the completion of that particular theme. Expressing nonattachment encompasses every possible situation in which you are mentally and emotionally invested. This is applied to a material object, a person or any other type of relationship you may have.


However it is important to understand the most effective use in applying “nonattachment” is not to be confused to mean an emotional state of numbness or denial. Practice applying nonattachment to the “end result”, while remaining open to the opportunities presented is the most effective way to manifest the circumstances that are the true reflection of your god self.


In these new energies it is not possible to force outcomes (such as imposing your will) that will yield you positive results. Generally you will feel the energy deflated and draining when there is some kind of imposition or “force” involved. Many times we may feel thwarted as the landscape changes very quickly in this new environment and it challenges us to make micro-adjustments in our capacity to remain adaptable. To create a better sense of well being and inner peace remember to stay in the flow of moving energy. And that means flowing with the doorways that open and close with greater ease.
Practice with maintaining your observing consciousness and apply “nonattached receptivity” to any emotionally charged patterns. Unconditional acceptance of whatever has been presented without the need to change it or fit into a context of a “belief system” will help release those items (such as relationships with other souls/people no longer serving you).

Reactions to this expose will be mixed---it will not exactly be welcomed by many. But there has been so much in the media recently on bad or obscene language with no clarification as to its inference. Science has potentially unlimited power to solve all mysteries but it is not remotely being fully utilised. It may come as a surprise, even a shock to learn that so-called bad language is not only about offending people, and it is not a question of 'cultural conservatism', but can be shown to be detrimental to the behavioural environment within society. On this basis, prospects for our civilisation look pretty bleak when we observe that bad language has escalated over the past fifty years beyond what could have been predicted, and is a certain indication of the degradation of a civilisation---it is even being glamourised on television. This all may seem trivial to the habitual swearer but the subject is a major issue of negative behaviour and is an index to other deterioration within society.

The most offensive and common swear word is the 'F' word. It is rapidly becoming a verbal plague, particularly amongst the young, and yet little is done about it. There appears to be a complete absence of relevant knowledge. A typical instance: the author, walking into town recently could overhear two youths following close behind at an equal pace, expelling 'F' words ad-lib. Amazingly, on returning half-an-hour later, the identical situation repeated, with the same two youths immediately behind (and science thinks there are no synchronicities---meaningful coincidences!).

Such words have the purpose of expressing hostility, insult, malicious intent, etc. All thought is energy (has been proved) and this is associated with the words. In order to show the reader that this negativity is real and not an insubstantial personal aversion, we can apply non-experimental physics. One of the great benefits of science is that it has the potential to explain all quantitative-type phenomena (not, of course, the experiential/subjective aspects of art, music, etc., which science endeavours to reduce to the quantitative level). The swear word can be quantitatively analysed. Application of science without dependence on the limitations of scientific methodology (and therefore referred to as non-experimental) has the ability to bring truth to all such problems in a civilisation---such as reconciling science and religion, explaining karma (or punishment for God), etc. So what is holding it back?

It is in fact the unofficial and unspoken law that the experimental method is the only acceptable system of determining truth---even going further and subtly implying that anything that can't be proved by science, or hasn't yet been proved, is not worthy of consideration. And yet quantum physics about 60 years ago revealed that there were drastic experimental limitations. After serious debates on this the information apparently was swept under the rug (see author's other articles).

The point we are making here is that non-experimental scientific knowledge will be, and will have to be, introduced, forming and cultivating a viable procedure/method to be used if real progress is to continue. Everything that we can talk about or conceive of manifests energy patterns (frequencies/waves). This actually makes physics the basic science and further that the basic subject within physics is: how energy works. The extent to which we understand how energy works we could solve virtually all problems on a planet and settle all arguments---if not restricted by the limitations of scientific methodology. There are other ways of arriving at truths.

Now what makes these words offensive? It is not just the individual who is being oversensitive. And why are certain words chosen to be used in a negative way? Many of the words are descriptive of biological functions which commonly involke negative or repressed reactions. this is emotional charge associated with the memory of the incident. The 'F' word clearly gives us a word charged with energy. Thought is energy and intention projects energy. The 'F' word fundamentally relates to the creation of life but its verbalisation is used for exactly the opposite: destructive purposes, or the creation of an effect, ridiculing its true meaning, such as in entertainment. Combined with its taboo associations it gives scope for more intensity, though more importantly it is thus chosen to express greater negative intention, and therefore the word itself can build up a thought-form of antisocial and distorted energies, in which the waveforms are chaotic, not in harmonious alignment with universal energies, and thus contributes a damaging and disharmonious effect on whatever it impinges on.

As stated above, the main function of swear words is to convey either hostility, insult, malicious intent, negative emphasis (such as dislike/hatred) or merely to create an effect using negative energy. But a proper evolution is in the direction of increased sanity, health and peace, responsibility, which involves integrated and harmonic energies. Compare a beautiful piece of music, with all its parts harmonically interrelated into a whole, with cacophonous sound. Which is the most intelligent?

Before outlining a simple scientific analysis, let's take a relatively mild sample of bad language, say, 'bullshit'. The first question is, why is this word being used (in the typically hostile manner)? Simply because of what it actually represents---something which one steps in, in a field (or whatever), creating a reaction of discomfort, dislike, disgust (a variable negative emotional state, depending on the individual). This reaction creates emotional charge (electrical) in the mind (has been proved) and is stored with the memory (in an out-of-phase condition). A person can now choose this word, which is linked with the negative emotional experience, to impact a greater effect by using the negative emotional charge represented by the particular word---but unaware of this process, which is totally unrelated to actually stepping in bullshit. This incident might, say, be condemning something as nonsense. The word now has negative energy to release and radiate out or impinge on another mind. Whereas the word 'nonsense,' to express the same thing, is neutral---it doesn't contain charge; it is merely a word expressing precisely its given meaning. The word 'bullshit' has no intelligent use in this context except to impinge emotionally into the event the disharmonious energies.

When such words are used the individual does not in fact recognise at that moment what the words actually mean. If the individual's consciousness focussed in on this they would probably chuckle and feel silly. An example: the author, working for a company, was in the gents at the washbowls. A cubicle occupant, clearly admonishing himself for creating some minor inconvenience, such as dropping something, and clearly a habitual swearer, cried out, 'Oh, shi* . . .!' but being evidently quite sharp-minded he curtailed the word abruptly, realising before he fully articulated the expletive how ridiculous it must sound to anyone else in the gents area. Meaning what else would he expect to find in a toilet. People need to increase their awareness of what these words actually mean and how ridiculous their use is, not to mention being aware of what they are doing, degrading qualitative energies.

Let us now apply, in simple terms, non-experimental physics to the bad- language problem, based on quantum physics, the most advanced science on the planet. Quantum physics sees everything in terms of wave packets, whether particles, objects, or even words. For simplicity, picture a bunch of sine waves (oscillating waves)---they add together to form a resultant modulated wave. A normal word will have a wave packet in which the waves will be in reasonable mathematical alignment (harmony). Quantum physics sees everything as minute energies (particles/waves) blinking on and off (we only see the 'on' state) and that all particles/energies are interconnected throughout the universe. Objects in empty space is an illusion but correctly perceived at our level of perception. (A scientist might question that it can only be the sound of the word which could carry the negative vibration, but in fact fringe areas of scientific knowledge are revealing that scalar-electromagnetics underlie sound.)

The average word will have the waves in mathematical alignment, which means the resultant is a smooth modulated (larger) wave. Now, negative emotional states are projected through swear words (that's the purpose of them). This puts the waves of the word out of alignment, creating a disharmonious spiky resultant wave (this could be shown on an advanced oscilloscope). Quantum physics tells us that all these wave packets radiate out to the universe! Hence such words---as long as they are reinforced---make a contribution to the destruction of the civilisation as they impinge on all phenomena.

Those who object to cleaning up our language and communication are missing the whole point. The path to higher intelligence and sanity is a harmonic evolution governed by the nature of the energies of consciousness and the proper functioning of our genetics. We desperately need some quality control: a campaign to foster more qualitative states---in which the parts are in special relationship, such as resonance---whether particles, energies or people. A course for students of all ages is needed to understand the relationship between qualitative and quantitative, with physics to back it up. Note that present experimental physics is only quantitative, but non-experimental physics could be qualitative (dealing with finer energies---higher frequencies---and greater wholeness).

There is a failure to recognise what factors of existence promote a proper survival of the human species, and vice versa what devolves the species. If there is no subjective understanding of this (and subjective understanding would be sufficient), non-experimental physics has the capability to enlighten the species by the application of how energy works.

The Shadow Process gives us access to loving all of ourselves. This deep and profound work teaches us how to love each and every aspect of our humanity. It enables us to embrace both the darkness of our smallest self and the brilliant light of our highest self. Making peace with our dark side is a sacred journey. It demands rigorous honesty, courage and a great deal of compassion. Embracing our shadow delivers us emotional wholeness and the absolute freedom to be who we are. When we are filled with self-love and self-appreciation, we automatically attract the miraculous experience of love and appreciation from others.


What is the Shadow?The shadow contains all the parts of ourselves that we try to hide, deny or suppress. It is the keeper of all the aspects of ourselves that we dislike and the qualities that we judge as unacceptable. The shadow wears many faces: angry, critical, fearful, lazy, controlling, selfish, weak, pathetic… These are the faces we don’t want to show the world and the faces we don’t want to show ourselves. Most of us expend huge amounts of energy trying to get rid of or control these unwanted aspects of ourselves. We hope that by hiding or fixing our “bad qualities“ we will have the peace, success and happiness we desire. Most of us are convinced that we are flawed and inadequate so we become masters of disguise, and go to great lengths to hide our bad qualities from those around us – even from ourselves.The result of turning our backs on our dark side? A life that slips by only half lived. Dreams that are never realized, or worse, that lay buried under years of resignation and shame. Until we make peace with our shadow we will continue to be at war with ourselves. And our outer world will mirror our inner struggle. What we resist persists – and we will create and attract from others that which we most dislike in ourselves. Until we feel authentic compassion for each and every aspect of ourselves, we will continue to draw forth people and events that will mirror the negative feelings we have about ourselves. Until we take back our power and forgive ourselves for being human we will attract people who push our buttons and reactivate our emotional wounds. And until we find the courage to love ourselves completely, we will never truly be able to experience the love from those around us. We don’t need to guess how we really feel about ourselves at the deepest level. All we have to do is look at how the outer world treats us. If we’re not getting the respect, love and appreciation we desire from the outer world, it’s more than likely we aren’t giving these things to ourselves. This is the benevolence of the Universe in action. The whole world is a mirror of our own consciousness, and when we make peace with the disowned aspects of ourselves, we make peace with the world.


Embracing The ShadowThe process of embracing our shadow side calls us to uncover the gifts and receive the wisdom hidden within each and every aspect of ourselves, particularly the ones that we are ashamed of or embarrassed by. Rather than viewing our weakness, our smallness, our insecurities or our rage as enemies or as obstacles to moving forward in our lives, this process guides us to embrace our so-called defects as the powerful teachers that they are. The Shadow Process is founded on the understanding that every quality, every emotion and every experience comes bearing great gifts. Once we learn how to uncover these gifts we become the powerful masters of our lives. We develop the ability to transform thoughts, beliefs or situations that once held us back into fuel for our spiritual evolution and the manifestation of our dreams. Embracing our shadow allows us to reclaim the power we once gave away. When we are at peace within ourselves, our self-esteem no longer depends on the approval of others. Our own sense of self-worth is no longer at the mercy of how other people feel about us. When we receive the gifts of our dark side, something truly miraculous occurs. Our wounds are transformed into wisdom and the parts of us we once believed to be our deepest flaws are revealed as our greatest assets.Embracing our shadows is the ultimate act of self-love. There is no greater love than the one that allows us to shine a light on the aspects of ourselves that we have judged and made wrong. Embracing our dark side gives us a new found freedom to be with the darkness in others. For when I can love all of me, I will love all of you. Shadow work is the path of the heart warrior. It takes us to a new place where we can open our hearts to all of ourselves and all of humanity.Shadow work is not about perfection; it’s about integration. It is the path of reclaiming each and every aspect of ourselves and discovering how that aspect can serve us. It requires us to look at our lives from the perspective that we have been given everything we need to fulfill our hearts’ desires. And the greatest of these gifts lies hidden in our shadow. If we look for the gift of our weakness, we may find that it has actually given us strength or that it has allowed us to be supported by others. The gift of our fear might be our determination or our ability to set good boundaries. The gift of an upsetting situation is that it could lead us to read a life-changing book. The gifts of our pain are here for us to receive, but first we must be willing to look for them.Each of us must make the conscious choice to step out of the belief that we are victims of our lives and open up to the possibility that we have created our particular circumstances for a reason. We must commit to looking at our lives as though each and every quality, person and circumstance has been drawn to us in order to give us specific insights and wisdom. This requires us to examine each aspect of ourselves and our lives and ask, “Why would I need this? How could this be a catalyst for me to grow and evolve? How could this quality or situation serve me in creating the life I desire?“ Transformation requires nothing more than having a shift in perception. It is choosing to look at our lives in a way that empowers us rather than disempowers us. At its core, this process requires us to make the choice to see ourselves though the eyes of the Divine.

I believe that the shadow is the greatest gift that God could give us. It is the teacher, the trainer, and the guide that supports us in uncovering our true magnificence. The shadow is not a problem to be solved or an enemy to be conquered, but a fertile field to be cultivated. Dig your hands into its rich soil and you will discover the potent seeds of the person you most desire to be. Our most hated, feared or shamed qualities are the ones that hold the key to living the life of our dreams. What the Shadow Process provides is a way to love what we have feared, to decode the messages we receive from within and to unleash the power that is hidden within you.

"Not everything in the All is pretty to our current focus. Also, there are parts of us who resist moving forward and these parts will oppose us, possibly violently. Because we can't quite cope with the thought of opposing ourselves, we make the "opposition" into an outside force. Sometimes this gets downright ugly and even more difficult to own.

The conspiracy to reduce consciousness to intellectual awareness of the physical world has been in evidence for at least five thousand years. Over the centuries the mental and psychic powers that only mystics and seers now possess have been filtered out of most people. So we now assume that our narrow, tightly-bound consciousness is normal and natural. "Ordinary consciousness" is "normal" only in the strict sense of "statistically most frequent," not inherently "good" or "natural" as the term is sometimes misconstrued to mean.

When contrasted with supernormal consciousness experienced by certain people in specific instances, our current rigid, intellect-based awareness is highly abnormal and unnatural.

In this world of competing claims about what is right and what is true, have confidence in the values with which you’ve been raised and educated. Be unafraid to speak your mind when those values are at stake. Hold firm to your faith and allow it to guide you on your journey. Stand as a lighthouse.

But remember too that the ultimate irony of faith is that it necessarily admits doubt. It is the belief in things not seen. It is beyond our capacity as human beings to know with certainty what God has planned for us or what He asks of us, and those of us who believe must trust that His wisdom is greater than our own.

Understand - I do not suggest that the debate surrounding abortion can or should go away. No matter how much we may want to fudge it - indeed, while we know that the views of most Americans on the subject are complex and even contradictory - the fact is that at some level, the views of the two camps are irreconcilable.

Need I tell you that time is passing ever quicker, and what seemed a long way off at the turn of the century, now rapidly approaches. I refer to the process of Ascension that has been taking place for many years, and has now reached its final stages in readiness for the great upliftment in 2012. The preparations are in place for your successful transition and all of the activities connected with it. The cleansing has been taking place since the Harmonic Convergence, when you raised your consciousness in a great blaze of Love and Light. A corner was turned that showed you were ready to travel the path to Ascension, and subsequently let the Universe know that Man had started to overcome the pull of the dark energies. That was a signal to the Spiritual Hierarchy to open up a higher pathway for you, and it was put in place so that you could ascend with your physical body.

Now you are finding out the reasons for the problems that have held you back, that can now be dealt with to prevent further interference in your evolution. Duality has been the playground where battles have been fought for control of the planet and your souls. This was what you came to experience but it was never meant to completely ensnare you. Indeed, your guardians have carefully held the balance at all times, thus ensuring that you had the opportunity to establish the Light upon Earth. We of the Galactic Federation have played our part, and have become an integral part of the process to ensure your success. Whilst 2012 is to be a milestone on your journey, the best part will be still to come when many other Beings of Light join you. In the higher vibrations they will be able to present themselves, and work with you on bringing full consciousness into being. You will at that stage enjoy all that is of the Light, and know that the vibrations are such that you have reached a level where the lower ones cannot intrude.

Your future is certainly assured, and it is of such a magnitude that no mere mortals can in any way affect it. There are many Beings of godlike power that sit on the Councils that carry out the changes decreed by the Creator. The dark forces would be like putty in their hands, but everything they do is wrapped in Love and Light. You would never doubt one iota if you could see these magnificent Beings and their all-empowering Light. You have been fed on a diet of fear for so long, that you cannot imagine life without it. Fear is used against you in many ways, so that you turn to others for release from it. Yet these are invariably the ones who have promoted it in the first place. Your future is to return to what you always were, and as one who exists as a Being of freedom, great joy and happiness. We know that you sometimes reach a state of stillness within, and momentarily experience the exaltation of perfect peace. Think what it will be like to move within its beauty and majesty all of the time, because that is how it will be.

Let no one take away your belief whatever that may be, as it is important that you live your own truth. Time will tell if you need to revise your understanding, and the truth will stand firm as it always does. As you progress and raise your consciousness, you will find it will come to you more easily. Before Ascension there will certainly be a great cleansing that will purge all that no longer resonates with its Light. It therefore follows that every soul will have the opportunity to walk within the Light if they so wish. God loves all souls and there is no favor given one way or the other, as all are equal in God’s eyes.

When we say that nothing happens by chance that applies throughout the Universe. All is orderly and runs in perfect synchronization as the different cycles are played out. Your one is relatively short compared to those of galactic proportions, and they all move within each other in the great scheme of the Creator. It is something that is difficult to comprehend, but it will become clearer as you lift up your vibrations. You are faced with a Universe that is full of life, millions of planets and suns, and dimensions that seem never ending. You can then contemplate parallel Universes and even an Omniverse, which is probably too much to take in. However, it gives you a measure of how enormous the heavens are, and how the hand of the Creator is in everything you see. Perhaps you will realize that absolutely nothing is impossible where the Creator is concerned, and who would dare put in place any limitations.

In your own way you have a picture of what lies ahead, and if you aspire to ascend it will be something of a surprise to see how much more wonderful it is. The colors, harmony and peaceful energies will be heavenly compared to what you are experiencing now. Life will be an ongoing experience where you never tire of your activities, and eventually move around through the power of thought. It will bear little resemblance to how you live now, and that no doubt will please you as in the lower vibrations you become tired out very easily. Because you will be in a lighter body, unlike on Earth it does not require periods of sleep but rest is sufficient to re-energize yourself.

After all you have gone through on Earth, we are sure the prospect of moving into a higher dimension is most inviting. It is something of a release from hard labor, although you have all had the compensation of joyous times. It is the experiencing of extremes in duality that makes you fully appreciate the happy times, and many of these revolve around your relationships. They will continue in the future, but there will not be the restraints that are necessary in your present situation. Being free to follow your perceived direction is essential, yet in doing so you are but a thought away from your loved ones and friends. There can be no separation where you are joined with one another in love.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and as we often advise you Dear Ones have faith as you are well looked after, and have never had as much attention as you are getting now. We see your real self as the Lighted One, and we clear the path that you are taking that will lead you back home. Once you are set upon ascending you are escorted all of the way, and guided each step you take. That is allowed as we are responding to your desire to rise up, and it becomes your destiny. We feel very privileged to be with you at such a fantastic period in your lives. Let us hold you in our loving embrace as after all, We Are All One.

Mind is where thoughts stem from and yet after scrutiny one can conclude that apart from thoughts mind does not exist. In the wakeful and dreaming state thoughts are present.But in the deep sleep state, thoughts are not present and therefore the world is not present. There is no physical world independent of thought. The mind projects the world and by withdrawing the mind we may withdraw the world back into ourselves. When the mind is externalised the world is perceived and opposed to it when the mind is internalised the Self is perceived. The best way to internalise the mind is self- enquiry.

Since thoughts arise in the mind we can conclude that the ‘I’ thought in the physical body arises in the mind too. If one takes it from there and investigates one can perceive that the answer to all the questions of ‘Who am I’ and the very thought ‘I’ itself arises from the heart of all. No thought can arise without the ‘I’ and only after the ‘I’ can ‘You’ or ‘He’ come.Therefore whenever a thought arises if one makes it a point to immediately investigate and enquire as to ‘who am I’ or ‘who is thinking these thoughts’ the quest for the ‘I’ will kill all other thoughts and the enquiry for the ‘I’ will lead the mind inwards towards the heart. Ultimately this ‘I’ enquiry having destroyed all other thoughts will destroy itself just as the stick used to kindle a pyre will ultimately burn.

When mind in this manner becomes absorbed in the heart the ‘ego’ of a man disappears giving way to pure consciousness or the Self. This state in the being is known as true wisdom and the Atman is the only reality. Everything else exists through it and by it.So long as tendencies continue to inhere the mind. It is necessary to continue this enquiry until all tendencies are completely annihilated. When thoughts occur they should be annihilated then and there in their place of origin by the method of enquiry.

My Dear Friends,

The transformative energy moves on, even as more and more souls begin to come "online" with the Oneness Paradigm. Transits through various life paths that used to take years, or even lifetimes, have been condensed into modules of a few weeks or months. The pitch of your planetary vibration is doubling, tripling..........and your consciousness is truly beginning to spin. Some of you are learning about what it means to become "velocicized." This is a perceptual adaptation to rapid change or movement which causes you feel as though you are barely moving at all. Even as the side mirror on your vehicle bears a familiar message---so we will now share our own version of that message: "Objects seen in the mirror are moving far more quickly than they appear to be!"

Your world systems, your planetary alignments, your modes of thought and manner of living, are soon to transform. Crafty forces within your governments, angry citizens without---rush at each other.....O! So silently ............neither one comprehending the storehouse of terrors that each has directed against the other.

The Heart of Polarity is to be broken at last! It's template thrown hard against a granite wall, and shattered into a million shards. Each "piece" is a universe unto itself.

You have, no doubt, heard the prophetic utterances concerning the ends of the Earth. There are to be earthquakes, and plagues, thundering, and gnashing of teeth. The armies of the East will face the battalions of the West---mirroring Northern and Southern brethren from the now distant Civil War.

Each prophecy shall surely come to pass. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, the prism of this density will shatter and divide---each separate faith and expectation shall claim it's followers and set out upon it's chosen path. All that will remain of this universe of transformation, which we have called "The Grand Central Station of Transformation," will be the broken chains of limitation and the torn ticket stubs of karmic choosing---recent reminders to the Children of Oneness, of the throngs of individuals whose trains have long departed.

Pleiadian Renegades

We have had some consistency in our messages on the point of letting go of what you don't need so you can move on with less drag. In the past year, we have mentioned the concept in many ways. It is still a good idea to let go of that which was given to you by anyone else and focus on a new concept: The time is fast approaching when you will not have the luxury of spending much time consciously letting go of this and that, and you will instead be aware of your enhanced ability to transform what remains as ballast to the radiant kind of stuff light is made of. It's showtime, folks!

Human consciousness has just about reached saturation point as far as the nonsense that has been paraded around in front of you. Are you going to have a say in what is recognized as truth? The alternative is to remain mute as events unfold before the eyes of the ones among you who still hold onto fear, and the voice of terror drowns out the murmurings of peace. You have had quite enough of that already. It is time for love and reason to prevail. Soon we come.

It will be as brothers we come, not as conquerors, superiors, deities or disease-bearing intergalactic mutants. When you look in the mirror and see the reflection of one who sees into the soul and discerns divinity there, one who sees divinity in his or her own soul, when just a few more who sleep awaken at last to humanity's incessant clamoring to be free and happy and at peace, then, beloved family of light, we come. Before you know it, really. And then you might find the whole "releasing fear" thing itself to be a bit burdensome. And so we suggest working on transforming whatever fear remains into nothing more than tiny energetic packets of light information, which can be disassembled and rearranged and understood within a framework of matter resonant with life, not death, with life, not illusion. Life, beyond anything you have understood it to be for ever. That's where we're coming from.

How best to transform ballast into light is each person's personal quest, right now. Some are choosing to continue on the rut-filled road they have blindly followed for lifetimes, some are resisting the inevitable tipping of the scales, some are still fighting it with all their mettle. Be of no concern for those who choose what seems a dead-end street. All is not what it seems. Rather than attending to fear's sideshow, if you shift your loving awareness to the whole of humanity's awakening, these sleeping proud few will be better served. When the wringing of the hands is over, the clapping of the hands will begin. It is quite a show we have planned for opening night.

The doubt will give way to celebration soon enough, dear ones. It is a day we anticipate with much joy, for it will herald a bright new awareness in humans everywhere. Round and round will soon be on the straight arrow toward home. In the interim, release what you can of fear's weighty baggage, let go of the thoughts that keep you going around in circles, and transform the rest into thoughts that aim your heart and mind to the peace of OM, sweet OM.
