The Ascending Cosmic Pulse

The incredible beauty of the image above reveals the internal optimist that resides within our beloved Mother Earth and each one of us. The past 4 months have indeed been sobering and we have individually and collectively “let go” of many of our old agenda’s and fears. We have been releasing, this alone can be a grueling and challenging experience. It takes tremendous energy, courage, honesty, and strength to navigate the energy waves we have been surfing and this will remain a work in progress for the balance of 2009.

The energy of May will allow “Our Internal Optimist” to co-create the new foundations we are weaving within our divine cosmic blueprint. Our soul energy is inherently peaceful, loving, and filled with joyful optimism. Within that construct, there is no judgment, criticism, fear, death, or competition. Our point of origin light is a glorious radiant expression of all that is infinite within us. As our experience of linear time continues to collapse, we are tenderly letting go of our use of the “past” and developing a trust and clarity with being present, engaged in “now.”

To consider being in the moment and allowing the utter joy of just being to flood our beingness, means further dropping the conditions of “linear time.” Time as we know it in this dimension appears through the lense of our mind to be linear – however in truth it is not linear but circular. Within the hologram we have co-created, our current, past and future lives spin concurrently through the circle or illusion of time.

Through the lease of our mind, we wander forward to our future or back to our past experiences and allow them to be our gage. Hence, the old adage “we learn from our past” or “think ahead.” While there is a modicum of truth to this – the whole truth revealed is that to wander to the past or the future takes you “out of time” and into your present.

We co-exist with all of our “selves” in every waking moment. We pluck a thread or string of harmonic code or signature to access the energy of wisdom of that moment and bring it into our “now.” As we prepare to merge more deeply with the codes of mastery, we often look to higher dimensional beings for guidance and wisdom. This is a natural expression of a seeker and we are truly blessed to have so many angels and ascended masters supporting us.

Spinning concurrently within the hologram is our “future self” a most valuable asset for navigating the steps of our spiritual evolution and mastery. As we prepare for the changes leading to our personal and planetary ascension, we are hosting with consciousness ALL parts of our soul in the infinite moment of now. Each one of us has in one lifetime or another achieved spiritual mastery and very possibly ascension status upon another planetary system. Our 5D future self is tuned to the harmonic signature of our point of origin light – this future self radiates the lightness and optimism that is often fleeting as we wade through the density of our 3D process.

Our DNA holds keys and codes for our evolution, and a personal akashic record of all we have ever been and will be. Through our very cells, we are able to dialogue not only with our physical body and well-being, but with our future, self too gain invaluable skills, techniques, or knowledge to help us navigate the continual changes in frequency upon our planet.

We are moving through many levels of fear and density upon our beloved Mother Earth, at the moment the “swine flu” is gaining momentum and throwing many into the reactionary pattern of fear. All the systems of our physical body are sensitive to the anxiety we create when faced with a potential of fear. Over the years during private sessions with clients, I have had the opportunity to see the similarities that occur within each body, despite lifestyle, diet, location etc. For the most part almost everyone is lacking minerals, which are vital for life, and many have a nervous system that is on constant “high alert” or the fight or flight energy.

Our life force is a measure of electro-magnetic energy flowing through the meridians or electrical wiring of our body charging every cell in its path. Our aura or cosmic egg also contains a measure of this energy and creates a congruent flow between our emotional, mental and spirit bodies. A high frequency life force can and will transmute the lower frequency of bacteria, germs, flu, fear depression, anxiety etc – coupled with a strong immune system.

During the Month of May as the energy uplifts and offers optimism, use this time to make any changes that would further support your physical body. Allow the current swine flu news to be a gift of awareness and action if needed. The wisdom and answer to every known aliment or dysfunction is within our very body. The most miraculous healing tools are held with our DNA and our cells. The more conscious love or light we can hold in our body – the more charge, the more potent our ability to heal.

The greater our light – The greater our life force. By raising the frequency and vibration of our whole energy field, we automatically operate in a version of the hologram or reality where lower density energy cannot enter your field of consciousness. The intelligence of our body is so indexed to our complete survival that our cells are continually being renewed – we literally remake ourselves every day.

Imagine every morning and every evening standing under a shower of golden transcended light that permeates every cell with shimmering rainbow energy. Feel your entire body being held in this alchemical flame, it is conscious and will go where it is needed. If you have a specific pain of course direct it consciously. Use your breath to bring your awareness inside your body, feel yourself floating in a warm sea of potential. Tune in to your body and let this feeling “register” with your “internal optimist” – you will feel a smooth calm centeredness. How blessed you are to be alive, to have this precious moment of Now.

Beltane - May 1-6


The natural world awakens. One of the four "cross-squarters" of the solar year, Beltane marks the mid-point between the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice. We celebrate Beltane with community festivals of renewal, joy and hope. Traditionally observed on May 1 and sometimes referred to as May Day, Beltane is the pagan celebration of spring and the flowering of life. The maypole represents the merging of masculine and feminine, the god and goddess whose union creates life. We dance the maypole and jump the Beltane fire in celebration of the infinite blessings bestowed on our home, our family and our world. Astronomically, Beltane arrives when the Sun reaches 15 degrees Taurus on May 5/6. In the southern hemisphere, communities celebrate the shamanic Samhain cross-quarter gateway.

Mercury Retrograde - May 6-30

Mercury enters his home sign of Gemini just before turning retrograde for about three weeks. From our vantage point on Earth, fast-moving Mercury appears to travel backward in the sky. During Mercury's retrograde phases, anything with "re" in front of it is appropriate: retreat, return, re-evaluate, revise. It's time to complete unfinished business, and get your car, computer and mechanical things serviced. It's not the best time for signing contracts and launching new projects. Delays and communication mix-ups are common. Relax, go with the flow and look for the humor during this passage. The cosmic go-ahead for new projects and ventures comes when Mercury stations direct again at the end of the month.

Scorpio/Taurus Full Moon - Wesak Festival - May 8/9 - 9:01 PDT May 8; 12:01 AM EDT May 9; 5:01 AM GMT May 9

In Tibetan Buddhism, Wesak celebrates the birth, death and enlightenment of the Buddha. In the esoteric teachings rooted in Buddhist and Vedic traditions, Wesak Festival is the second of the three great spring lunar festivals, a focal point for humanity to receive the cosmic energies of enlightenment. Prepare by quieting the mind and opening the heart, perhaps reserving extra time for meditation, contemplation, journaling and healing - alone or with others - through the Wesak passage.


Gemini New Moon - May 24 - 8:11 AM EDT; 1:11 PM GMT

Explore the netherworlds of the psyche at this New Moon. Gemini loves to think, talk, socialize, flitting from one thing to another like a butterfly. Mercury, ruler of Gemini, is retrograde in Taurus, slowing things to a snail's pace, though, in some ways. With Venus and Mars hanging out together in Aries, watch for heated exchange with the other gender. Make love, not war. Plant the seeds of peace in mind, body and spirit at this New Moon.

Jupiter conjunct Neptune - May 27

The conjunction of Jupiter, Neptune and Chiron is an important celestial feature of 2009, and a highlight of the astrological gateway carrying us through the end of the Mayan calendar and beyond. I've written about this in my book, Cosmic Time, and in my 2009-2012 Astro Preview report. In late May, the alignment of these heavenly beings brings hope and healing through spiritual forces. This formation continues, to varying degrees, through July. This is a powerful initiation following the Wesak gateway. Notice messages in dreams and meditation, the flow of energy and your travels between realms. What do you dream of healing within your life and your world? Focus these energies in a positive way. Venus and Mars are aligned in Aries this month and will dance together in Taurus in May. In the next few days, I will be travelling to Europe to host a workshop in London and in Brussels. I am excited at the new opportunity to meet more soul family and connect with old friends as well. May is a time to feel joy and optimism as your eternal compass, a time to take a breath, relax, and smell the flowers….
